That is right people.  My first summer is upon us.  Do you want to see how excited I am?

Summer also means RELAXING!

I love to relax in the summer with a nice pacifier.  Unfortunately, I seemed to have lost the instruction manual for my hands and arms.  Can someone help a baby out?



What better way to relax but a taste of Yoga?  “OK now touch your chin with your toes”. 




Then I tap the day off with a good soak in my hot tub…



… and a back massage.  “Who has the magic fingers today?”



Summer also means PARTIES!!

Here is me and Mommy hanging with the neighbors at Jack’s birthday party.  This is Tom, Matt, Kristen, and Baby Roddy



We met up with the MIT Sloan kids and their parents at Drumlin Farm.  My favorite animals are the big pigs.  They are allowed to roll around in the mud all day.







Uncle Beast and Melissa came and visited for the 4th of July.  Melissa took great care of me…



… while Uncle Beast kept Kai occupied with the race cars

The best party so far was the wedding bells for Cousin Brooke.

Uncle Jason bought a new car at the wedding for Auntie Heather and Cousin Brooke.  It has a two horse power engine, literally. 







“OK Kate, one more dance but after that I really do need to let some of these other ladies have a turn.”



All this activity in the summer time can really build up your appetite.  I am so hungry I can eat a pillow.




But seriously.  Speaking of food.  Here is my first bite on my 5 month birthday.  Rice cereal is the BOMB!



Do you know Elmo?  He looks all fun and innocent but is in fact one nasty football player.  That red fur ball is impossible to tackle. 



Kai thinks he is so tough but he just makes me laugh.  




I know he loves me though. 



You know there is a rumor that there are less photos taken of the second born.  Therefore, I decided to snap a few of these myself.  They came out pretty good, right?
